About Michelle Murray-Bertrand

Michelle Murray-Bertrand focuses on domestic and international franchising, advising emerging and established franchisors on programme development, regulatory compliance, agreements, relationship matters and commercial contracts. Her clients span the hospitality, food and beverage, retail, cleaning, and property management sectors. A member of the New York Bar since 2006, Michelle earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from New York Law School and her Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University. She is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising and the International Franchise Association. Michelle’s articles are published in the Franchise Law Journal, Franchise Business Review and Franchise Law Review.
