About Lena Petrovic

Lena Petrovic is a senior associate at Mikijelj, Janković & Bogdanović. She advises clients on data protection and privacy, advertising law, dispute resolution, media law and intellectual property. Lena works on GDPR-aligned compliance under Serbian law, international data transfers, direct marketing practices, and privacy issues arising in digital and media projects. She assists clients in regulatory proceedings and litigation involving personal data protection. She also represents clients in proceedings before the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Protection of Personal Data. Lena is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
