About Francesco Rossi
Francesco Rossi
is a partner at Spheriens, specialising in domestic and international civil litigation and extrajudicial matters, with a focus on patents, trade marks, copyright, design and competition law. He also has extensive experience in cross-border IP operations. Francesco has served as a subject expert in IP law, private law, and civil law at the Cattolica University of Milan and regularly lectures in master’s programmes, IP courses, and seminars. He is a member of the editorial board of the Italian IP law review “Giurisprudenza annotata di diritto industriale”, as well as of AIPPI and PTMG. He holds a PhD in commercial law, IP and competition from the University of Parma and a law degree from the Cattolica University of Milan. He is qualified in Italy, and is admitted to the Italian Supreme Court.
