About Noemi Parrotta

Noemi Parrotta is a partner at Spheriens. She specialises in IP disputes in both Italy and the EU, and advises clients in IP-related transactions. She regularly lectures in master’s programmes, IP courses, and seminars and is a member of the editorial board of the Italian IP law review “Giurisprudenza annotata di diritto industriale”. Noemi is the chair of the Europe subcommittee of the International Amicus Committee of INTA and the vice-chair of the Famous & Well-Known Marks Team of MARQUES. She holds an LLM from UC Berkeley and a law degree from the Cattolica University of Milan. She is qualified in Italy and New York, and is also admitted to the Italian Supreme Court.
