About Pier Luigi Roncaglia

Pier Luigi Roncaglia is a founder and the managing partner of Spheriens. With over 30 years of experience, he provides strategic advice in all areas of IP and represents global brands, with a focus on the fashion and luxury sectors, before Italian and European courts and IP offices. He routinely holds lessons at renowned institutions such as Harvard Law School, King’s College, and Bocconi University. Pier Luigi is a member of the editorial board of “Giurisprudenza annotata di diritto industriale” and The Trademark Reporter’s Advisory Board, and actively contributes to major IP organisations, including INTA, ECTA and MARQUES. He is qualified in Italy, with admission also to the Italian Supreme Court.
