About Riccardo Perotti

Riccardo Perotti is a partner at Spheriens. He handles domestic and international civil litigation as well as extrajudicial matters, with a focus on trade marks, copyright, competition law, and patents, particularly standard essential patents (SEPs). He is an adjunct professor at Bocconi University, a subject expert in IP law at the Cattolica University of Milan, and regularly lectures in master’s and specialisation courses. He is a member of the editorial board of the Italian IP law review “Giurisprudenza annotata di diritto industriale” and of AIPPI, and a co-founder of the blog IPlens. He holds a PhD in IP law from the University of Milan and a law degree from the Cattolica University of Milan. He is qualified in Italy, with admission also to the Italian Supreme Court.
