Andrew J. Sherman is a co‑leader of Brown Rudnick’s Emerging Growth Companies & Venture Capital Group. A nationally recognised authority on business growth and strategic transactions, he advises companies from start‑ups to multinational enterprises on franchising, M&A, licensing, joint ventures and the commercialisation of intellectual property. Andrew has authored nearly 30 books and is a frequent speaker, media commentator and educator. He is a member of the ABA’s Forum on Franchising and Business Law Section, the Society of Franchising, and the Center for American Entrepreneurship’s Advisory Council.
