Jared M. Sorin is a co-leader of Brown Rudnick’s Emerging Growth Companies & Venture Capital Group. He represents start-ups, early-stage companies and investors across technology-driven sectors, advising on corporate formation, venture and private equity financings, M&A, strategic alliances and securities compliance. Jared also counsels angel investors, family offices and venture funds on investments in emerging companies. A recognised contributor to the entrepreneurial ecosystem, he mentors multiple accelerators and innovation programmes, including ILSE, NYU Startup School, and Mount Sinai Innovation Partners.
