Michael J. Cohen is co‑leader of Brown Rudnick’s Global Life Sciences Group and its Emerging Growth Companies & Venture Capital Group. A senior corporate lawyer with deep experience in life sciences and technology, he serves as outside general counsel to early‑stage and mid‑market companies, advising on financings, M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances and governance matters.
