Karine Disdier-Mikus was a former partner and head of the intellectual property practice at DLA Piper France LLP for more than ten years before joining Fiducial Legal By Lamy in April 2020 as partner and head of the intellectual property department. A former European trademark and design attorney, she has more than 20 years’ experience in trademark, patent, design and copyright law, as well as in trademark and design management portfolio and brand enforcement worldwide. She advises French, European and International clients on any issues relating to intellectual property, as well as unfair competition, franchising/licensing, and R&D agreements.
