Karine Disdier-Mikus was a former partner and head of the IP practice at DLA Piper France LLP for more than ten years before joining Fiducial Legal By Lamy in April 2020 as Partner and head of the IP department. Former European trade mark and design attorney, she has more than 25 years of experience in trade mark, patent, design and copyright laws, as well as in trade mark and design management portfolio and brand enforcement worldwide. She advises French, European and International clients on any issues relating to intellectual property, as well as unfair competition, franchising/licensing, and R&D agreements.
