About Bernhard Getz-Jeffreys

Bernhard Getz-Jeffreys specialises in tax law and corporate law, mainly focusing on transaction-related matters, tax structuring, planning and executing transactions and reorganisations, and establishing management investment plans and share incentive programmes for senior executives. He provides advice on all matters related to Norwegian and international taxation and regularly writes articles on tax issues for the “Norwegian Financial Times” (Finansavisen). Bernhard is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association and is also an examiner at the University of Bergen, where he graduated with a Master of Laws in 2015.
