About Philippine Dumoulin

Philippine Dumoulin is part of robert wray pllc's aviation finance team. She has supported the Export-Import Bank of the United States and other lenders in the asset-backed financing of commercial aircraft and corporate jets and on a variety of aircraft portfolio management matters. Ms Dumoulin previously worked as a foreign legal intern and as a law clerk at top-tier firms in the United States and France, as well as at the Civil Aviation Safety Authority in Canberra, Australia, and EUROCONTROL in Brussels, Belgium. She has also served as independent legal consultant for the Flight Safety Foundation. Ms Dumoulin is admitted to practise in New York and the District of Columbia.
