About Adejumoke Ademola

Adejumoke Ademola is a senior associate within the labour and employment practice group at ǼLEX. Her employment experience spans advisory and litigation work. She advises multinationals, non-profits and other employers on discipline and termination, redundancy and restructuring, internal investigations, contracts and policy reviews, expatriate employment and cross-border compliance. Adejumoke also brings a strong track record in employment litigation, having represented clients in complex disputes before Nigeria’s High Courts and Appellate Courts. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the NBA Section on Business Law.
