About Jibrin Dasun

Jibrin Dasun is a senior associate and team leader in ǼLEX’s tax and corporate/commercial practice groups. He regularly advises on corporate/commercial transactions, focusing on the tax, regulatory and exchange control issues affecting inbound and outbound investments. He is a Chartered Tax Practitioner in Nigeria and an International Tax Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) of the United Kingdom. Jibrin holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation from CIOT UK, and is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the Taxes Committee of the International Bar Association.
