Rebecca Ebokpo is a partner in ǼLEX’s international trade, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, insolvency and corporate/commercial practice groups. She has extensive experience in advising on foreign direct investment and foreign portfolio investment in Nigeria, and also advises on immigration formalities, due diligence, and complex corporate governance and restructuring issues. Rebecca represents litigants in various courts throughout Nigeria. She is a TRACE and NCMI certified compliance officer with expertise in anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption matters. She is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.
