About Ugonna Ogbuagu

Ugonna Ogbuagu is a partner at ǼLEX, specialising in dispute resolution, labour and employment, and tax disputes. He advises employers across the healthcare, infrastructure, FMCG, insurance and industrial sectors on employment issues. Ugonna supports workplace audits and compliance, particularly for multinationals, assists foreign clients with immigration and cross-border employment, and has extensive experience in employment litigation. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association and is Second Vice Chair of the NBA Section on Business Law’s Employment, Labour and Industrial Relations Committee. Ugonna is also a member of the IBA Employment and Industrial Relations Law Committee.
