About Håkon Andreassen

Håkon Andreassen has extensive experience in all key areas within collective and individual labour law. Håkon is Helmr’s primary international contact. Many of his assignments are related to foreign clients with international and cross-border business, and he has extensive experience in pay and working conditions for foreign companies, including posting of workers. He regularly assists private and public actors with advice in the daily management of companies, in negotiations and as a legal counsel in litigation. In addition to his general law practice, he has previously worked as a lawyer in an employers' organisation and as a deputy judge.
