About Terje Gerhard Andersen

Terje Gerhard Andersen has extensive experience and specialises in employment law, civil servant law and law on associations at Helmr. In addition, he has served as a district court judge for several years. He assists Norwegian and international companies, municipalities, government agencies, associations and individual employees. Terje has particular expertise in restructuring processes and complex personnel matters. In addition, Terje frequently gives lectures and is the co-author of household legal textbooks such as “Arbeidslivets spilleregler” (2007–2020).
