About Janina Tackmann

Janina Tackmann is a senior associate in DLA Piper’s German transfer pricing team. A German-qualified tax adviser, she advises multinationals and medium-sized businesses in German and international tax matters – as well as transfer pricing – and advises multinational clients additionally in different tax matters such as global mobility and VAT. Janina focuses on the design and implementation as well as the defence of transfer pricing structures in controversy situations and is particularly experienced in appeal and mutual agreement proceedings. Her clients include companies from a range of sectors, including life sciences, consumer goods, food and retail, financial services, industrials, technology, infrastructure, construction, transport, and real estate.
