About Sven Bischoff

Sven Bischoff is a counsel in DLA Piper’s tax practice group in Frankfurt and advises on all aspects of national and international tax law. The focus of his advice includes M&A and financing transactions, as well as tax issues in restructurings and international tax structuring advice. He is a qualified German tax advisor (Steuerberater) and has practiced in transaction tax law for over 10 years, regularly advising on midcap M&A, PE and financing transactions.
