About Allen Secretov

Allen Secretov is a partner at Kinsella Holley Iser Kump Steinsapir LLP (KHIKS), where he litigates complex entertainment and business disputes for influential politicians, professional athletes, actors, musicians, record labels, comedians, authors, and production companies. His practice includes bringing and defending defamation and copyright infringement claims, resolving right-of-publicity and misappropriation disputes, and counselling clients on reputation management, media risk and intellectual property strategy. Allen also serves as Chair-Elect of the Orange County Bar Association’s Entertainment, Sports, and Marketing Section.
