About Arianna Perotti

Arianna Perotti joined Dardani Studio Legale in 2019, where she deals with international commercial contracts, business transactions, construction contracts, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts and operation and maintenance (O&M) contracts (mainly in the fields of traditional and renewable energies, onshore and offshore, oil and gas, metals and industrial automation), international sale of goods contracts, and related dispute resolution and litigation. She has more than 15 years of both in-house and private experience of advising clients in industrial property law, commercial and construction law. Arianna is a member of the Milan Bar and of the International Bar Association (IBA) and she is the secretary of the IBA’s International Construction Projects Committee.
