About Arianna Perotti

Arianna Perotti has a Law degree from the University of Turin, as well as a Master of Arts and a Master of Laws, both from King’s College London. Arianna was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2009 and the UK Bar in 2021. She has over 15 years of both in-house and private experience advising clients in industrial property law, commercial and construction law. In 2019, Arianna joined Dardani Studio Legale where she deals with international commercial contracts, business transactions, construction contracts, EPC and O&M contracts (mainly in the fields of traditional and renewable energies, onshore and offshore, oil and gas, metals and industrial automation), international sale of goods contracts and related dispute resolution and litigation. Arianna is a member of the Milan Bar and of the International Bar Association.
