Brian Dardani focuses his practice in the areas of shipping law, transportation and international trade law, concentrating primarily on corporate law, business transactions, M&A and joint ventures. Brian specialises particularly in assisting ship-owners, charterers, ship-management companies, brokers, trading companies and other companies involved in the shipping industry, in drafting and negotiating contracts and complex transactions or projects, the organisation of groups of companies and corporate governance, and other typical corporate and commercial issues. He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2011 and is a member of the Milan Bar. He speaks Italian, French and English.
