About Luca Di Marco

Luca Di Marco has been a partner at Dardani Studio Legale since 2014 and has 20 years’ experience in shipping and construction law. He advises on ship-building, yacht and mega-yacht refits, and construction contracts and disputes. Luca provides legal support to a wide range of clients, including leading national and international manufacturing, project and engineering companies, ship-building yards, ship-owners, professional consultants, contractors and subcontractors, with a particular focus on the infrastructure, logistics, transport and energy sectors. He has comprehensive litigation experience and also assists and advises clients in all phases of a project. He is regularly instructed by a range of foreign lawyers. Luca has been a member of the Genoa Bar since 2003.
