Chadi Hourani is the managing partner at Hourani & Partners and is a US-trained lawyer. He advises UHNWIs, private equity firms, investment banks, and multinationals on corporate structuring, M&A, private equity, joint ventures, capital markets, real estate, financial services, and restructuring. He is known for his commercial mindset and collaborates closely with clients to align legal strategies with their business goals. He serves as chairman of Georgetown Law’s MENA Alumni Advisory Board.
