About Demetris Yiannakou

Demetris Yiannakou joined Scordis, Papapetrou & Co LLC as an associate lawyer in 2023 and has, since then, gained experience in arbitration as well as in civil and construction litigation matters. He regularly represents clients in court proceedings. Some of his recent litigation engagements include acting for one of Cyprus’ leading construction companies in several litigation matters including securing a court order preventing the opposing party from liquidating the 1.6 million performance bond under the contract.
