About Lisa Songy

Lisa Songy has extensive experience with first-party litigation, as well as advising carriers on insurance coverage issues involving personal auto policies, business auto policies, commercial property, commercial liability policies and homeowner policies. She also represents auto dealers in commercial disputes involving truth in lending, as well as UCC issues. Lisa has tried lawsuits involving extra-contractual claims on both personal and commercial policies in state and federal courts. Lisa is admitted to the State Bars of Texas and California, all US federal district courts in Texas, the Southern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
