Matt Rigney represents insurance carriers in coverage and extracontractual litigation and analyses coverage disputes involving all types of liability and property insurance, including CGL, commercial property, E&O, D&O, and commercial auto. Matt has tried insurance cases in Texas state and federal courts He has authored appellate briefs in matters before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Texas, and intermediate Texas appellate courts. Matt is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in insurance law and admitted to the State Bar of Texas, all US Federal District Courts in Texas, and the Fifth Circuit.
