About Dusan Nitschneider

Dusan Nitschneider is a founding partner of Nitschneider & Partners’ employment practice, with over 20 years of experience advising national and international clients on employment issues both in and out of court. He heads the firm’s labour and employment, litigation and IP practice, and is responsible for the overall strategy of the office. With an extensive litigation practice, Dusan focuses on wrongful termination cases involving white-collar employees and non-competition matters. He provides training and counselling and is a regular speaker at employment law seminars and conferences. Dusan has memberships with the Slovak Bar Association, Ius Laboris and the GALA board, and is vice-chair of the board of EELA, representing Slovakia.
