About Jan Janak

Jan Janak joined Nitschneider & Partners as a team member in 2023. Before that, he worked as a paralegal and junior associate in several local and international law firms. During this time, he gained experience working with both local and foreign clients across different legal areas. Jan specialises in providing comprehensive legal advice, particularly in the areas of labour law and commercial law. His primary interest in labour law revolves around new forms of flexible employment and data processing issues in employment relations. He offers legal services in both Slovak and English.
