About Marek Bugan

Marek Bugan has been working with the team at Nitschneider & Partners since 2020. His main focus areas are intellectual property (IP) and media law, particularly copyright and trade mark protection, as well as advertising and marketing law. Marek also has in-depth knowledge of labour law and employee social rights. He is an expert in data protection and offers comprehensive legal services in this area to both local and international clients, often in connection with advertising pre-clearance. Marek regularly publishes and participates in domestic and foreign webinars, and provides legal services in Slovak and English.
