Daniel Lacasa Maya
specialises in tax litigation, and works in judicial and administrative litigation in federal, state and municipal tax matters. He also assists in proceedings before the Federal Supreme Court, presenting oral arguments before the Court’s Plenary Session and the Superior Court of Justice. He also presents oral arguments before the Administrative Council for Tax Appeals (CARF). In addition, Daniel has a tax advisory role regarding his work as a lawyer for entities that represent sectors of the economy. His work in directing discussions involving legislative proposals aimed at improving standards, reducing conflicts and accommodating taxpayers’ historical claims should also be highlighted.
