About Diego Marín Ithurbisquy

Diego Marín Ithurbisquy is a partner at UH&C Abogados with over ten years of experience in corporate law, particularly in M&A, reorganisations, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts. He has also advised on tax, environmental, energy matters and compliance. As one of the leaders of UH&C’s venture capital practice, he serves as a Registered Agent for ScaleX Santiago Venture Exchange, a Santiago Stock Exchange initiative. Mr Marín earned his LLM in European Business Law (summa cum laude, 2022) from Aix-Marseille University in France. His cross-border expertise and regulatory insight make him a key adviser in complex transactional matters.
