About Felipe Hübner Vadivieso

Felipe Hübner Vadivieso is a partner at UHC Abogados, specialising in corporate finance, restructurings and M&A. He has over 12 years of experience advising Latin American and international companies, with a strong background in litigation across civil and arbitral courts. He holds an LLB from Universidad Católica de Chile (Valedictorian, Tocornal and Fernando Rozas Awards) and an LLM from Harvard Law School. He teaches Civil Law at Universidad Católica, has served on public company boards, and is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
