About Lisa Kung

Lisa Kung is a senior associate at Liang & Partners. She holds graduate degrees from Harvard Law School and National Taiwan University, and is qualified to practise in Taiwan. She has passed the New York Bar examination and advises on complex cross-border construction disputes and financing matters involving clients worldwide, including in Singapore, India, Australia and Japan. She has assisted in offshore wind farm equity transactions up to nearly USD 300 million and multiple construction disputes each exceeding USD30 million, as well as investment funds, REITs and M&A, delivering integrated, strategic expertise across construction, finance and cross-border dispute resolution.
