Daniel Lorber is a partner at Barnea Jaffa Lande. He possesses extensive experience representing companies in a wide range of international commercial transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and sophisticated technology transfer arrangements. Daniel provides counsel in a variety of commercial matters, including technology licensing transactions, domestic and international R&D grants, distribution and manufacturing agreements, capital raising, complex joint ventures, sales of assets, and privacy protection.
