Admitted to the Roll of Advocates on 12 March, 1998, her areas of practice include real estate and land use planning, structuring of mixed-use development projects, construction law, real estate tax advisory, REITs, infrastructure projects, project finance, corporate law, corporate governance audits, M&A and regulatory review. Esther is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the Kenya Property Development Association (where she serves as a member of the Public Policy and Advocacy Committee and chairs the National Government Working Group), the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning’s Taskforce on Digitization of Land Registry Processes, and the REITS Association of Kenya.
