About Chung-Teh Lee

Chung-Teh Lee is a co-founder and senior partner at Lee, Tsai & Partners, where he specialises in construction, employment, trade, public procurement and M&A law. His extensive experience in energy and power includes assisting a Belgium business group in legal matters related to harbour development and offshore wind power projects, negotiating contracts and handling disputes for a renowned German business group in relation to their Nanpu and Hsingta power plants, and negotiating a Swiss power company’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with a Taiwan power plant owner. Chung-Teh currently co-chairs the IP rights committee at the European Chambers of Commerce Taiwan.
