About Aaron Chen

Aaron Chen is a partner at Lee, Tsai & Partners. His main practice areas are antitrust, cross-border transactions, corporate governance, and commercial litigation and arbitration. He has represented and advised clients in several landmark competition law matters. He is also experienced in successfully representing clients in ICC arbitrations. Aaron currently chairs the Competition Commission of the Taipei Bar Association and co-chairs the Competition Commission of the Taiwan Bar Association. Aaron recently expanded his practice to the fintech field, where he has assisted in establishing the Taiwan VASP Association and regularly advised clients on legal compliance.
