About Dr Chung-Teh Lee

Dr Chung-Teh Lee is the co-founder and senior partner at Lee, Tsai & Partners, specialising in construction, employment, trade, government procurement, and M&A law. He has extensive experience in energy and power, having worked on several projects such as assisting a Belgium business group in legal matters related to harbour development and offshore wind-power projects, negotiating contracts and handling disputes for a renowned German business group on their Nanpu and Hsingta power plant contracts, and negotiating a Swiss power company’s EPC contract with a Taiwan power plant owner. Currently, Dr Lee is the co-chair of the Intellectual Property Rights Committee at the European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan.
