About Hung-Chong Han

Hung-Chong Han is an associate at Lee, Tsai & Partners, holding an LL.M. in Science and Technology Law and a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences. With an interdisciplinary background spanning biotechnology, biomedicine and law, he focuses on legal issues in the life sciences sector. He is the author of “A Discussion on the Mechanism for Eliminating False Listings under the Patent Linkage System” and a co-author of “Data Sharing Contract Provisions for the Commercial Utilization of Healthcare Information”. His experience includes advising on biotechnology and pharmaceutical patent licensing agreements, and providing legal counsel on corporate governance matters for life sciences companies.
