About Jaclyn Tsai
Jaclyn Tsai
is co-founder of Lee, Tsai & Partners, with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. She served as a judge for nine years before becoming General Counsel for IBM Greater China. In 2013, Ms Tsai was appointed as Minister without Portfolio in Taiwan's Executive Yuan, where she led reforms in virtual world development, e-commerce, and digital governance. Returning to the firm in 2016, she continues to contribute as a commissioner for Taipei’s Smart City and Data Governance Committees. Ms Tsai currently chairs the Taiwan Fintech Association and previously led the Taiwan Women on Boards Association.
