Jaclyn Tsai is a co-founder of Lee, Tsai & Partners. As chairperson of the Asia FinTech Alliance, she facilitated a landmark anti-fraud memorandum among 14 Asian economies, establishing a robust cross-border framework to enhance trust and co-operation. Jaclyn played a pivotal role in forming the Taiwan VASP Association, serving as Chief Advisor during its preparatory phase and guiding its development as a key self-regulatory organisation. As a former Minister without Portfolio, she regularly provides legislative recommendations and advises on self-regulatory codes to address regulatory gaps in Taiwan’s virtual asset sector.
