About Jaime I. Cheng

Jaime I. Cheng is a senior of counsel at Lee, Tsai & Partners. Her main practice areas are cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property transactions, data privacy and international arbitration. She has counselled a number of multinational corporations on data protection laws and has authored several articles on data protection matters. Ms Cheng is admitted to practice law in California and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/US (CIPP/US) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). She is also experienced in successfully representing clients in ICC arbitrations and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
