About Teresa Huang

Teresa Huang is a partner at Lee, Tsai and Partners and is admitted to practice in Taiwan and Mainland China. With around 18 years of experience advising Taiwan, Mainland China and multinational clients, Ms Huang has substantial experience in corporate and M&A transactions, particularly investment projects in the biotech industry. She also advises publicly listed biotech companies on a wide variety of legal matters, including the sales and distribution of pharmaceutical products and clinical trials, pharmaceutical regulatory compliance, medical devices, regenerative medicine and related investments. She is currently a member of the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Committee of the Taipei Bar Association.
