About Teresa Yu-Ting Huang

Teresa Yu-Ting Huang is a partner at Lee, Tsai & Partners, licensed to practise in both Taiwan and Mainland China. With more than 16 years of experience advising clients from Taiwan, Mainland China and international markets, Ms Huang specialises in corporate and M&A transactions, fintech investments and virtual asset compliance. She also advises listed companies on a broad range of issues, including personal data protection, virtual asset regulations, consumer protection and IP licensing. Ms Huang is a member of the Taipei Bar Association’s Commercial Law Committee and serves as a supervisor at the Taiwan FinTech Association.
