Aaron Zhou focuses on healthcare-related (BD) transactions, mergers and acquisitions, PE/VC investment, FDI and JVs in his practice at Han Kun Law Offices. Mr Zhou has over 20 years’ legal experience, including five years at a top-five Wall Street law firm, three years as the Asia Pacific legal head of a Fortune Global 50 company, and legal counsel for the healthcare business of a Fortune Global 500 company.
