About John Fitzpatrick

John Fitzpatrick focuses on compliance and risk management. He assists foreign investors to navigate the complexities of doing business in China, particularly with respect to data compliance, general corporate compliance, and contract and document reviews. In addition, John assists the firm’s corporate practice with internal investigative and corruption-related inquiries. He has worked with clients in the consulting, technology, retail, and automotive industries, amongst others. Prior to joining Han Kun, John worked at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. He holds a US Bar licence, is a certified public accountant, and also has previous Big Four accounting experience in the USA.
