She has handled many patent invalidation and infringement cases before courts of different levels up to the Supreme People’s Court – several have been selected as typical cases by the Supreme People’s Court and the Beijing High Court. Ms Wu specialises in fields including consumer electronics, signal processing, artificial intelligence, IoT, etc. She is a Council Member of the China Intellectual Property Society, a member of the All China Patent Agents Association, and a member of the Chinese Copyright Association.
